    Follow these simple steps to track your order:

    • Tracking Update Timeline: Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear post-shipment. If it's not available immediately, we recommend checking back a little later.

    • Tracking Activation: Your tracking details will become active once you've received your shipping confirmation email.

    We try to send your package as soon as possible, but the delivery time depends on the courier and shipping method you choose at checkout. Please check your order confirmation email to see what shipping method you chose, it will include the estimated shipping timeframe there.

    Once the courier has your package, we can't control any delays or problems. We give you an estimated delivery date when you order and on our shipping policy.

    If your package gets lost or damaged in transit, we'll send you out a replacement free of charge.

We will issue store credit equal to your order's value as a thank-you for your patience. And when your original order arrives, it’s yours to enjoy at no additional cost.     If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout.

     

    In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will reach out to you and refund the amount.

    Yes, you can! If you need to make any changes to your order details, such as the size, colour, style, or other specifics, you are welcome to do so. Please reach out to our customer service team within 12 hours of placing your order to request these changes.

    We understand that sometimes you might need to adjust your order after it has been placed. The 12-hour window allows us to process these changes efficiently before your order is prepared for dispatch. Please note that after this period, it may be difficult to modify your order due to the progression in the order processing stages.

    Unfortunately, you can’t collect your online order at our location as we only do sell this product online only. Please ensure to contact our Customer Care Team at support@irishsupply.ie and provide your order number to check your order’s tracking update.

    In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will be able to send you out a free replacement, hassle free!

    Yes, you can. If you want a refund or exchange, you need to send the item(s) back to our warehouse. 

    You have 14 days from when you get your package to send it back to us. You need to pay for the return shipping yourself, and please email us at support@irishsupply.ie to get the return address.

    Yes, you can! If you need to cancel or amend any details of your order, please contact our customer service team promptly. You have a window of 30 minutes from the time of placing your order to request a cancellation or to make changes to your order details. This policy helps us to avoid confusion and errors in our records, ensuring a smooth process for your order.

    To cancel or modify your order, reach out to us immediately within this 30-minute timeframe. Beyond this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to the rapid progression of order processing.

    • The shipping address, if the order number is not known

    In the unlikely event that something you ordered from us is damaged or defective on arrival, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery. Please send us a picture/video of your damaged order, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

     

    To initiate a return for any other reason, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original invoice and preferably in its original packaging. We accept returns within 14 days from your order's delivery date, but we do not offer free returns at the moment.

    All returns are subject to a quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per your order's eligibility. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within seven business days.

    Yes, you can exchange any orders bought on www.irishsupply.ie, once your return is received with us. You can exchange for a different size in the same merchandise as returned, or entirely new merchandise of value equal to or higher than the value of returned merchandise.

     

    If it’s a higher value from the total amount of the previous order we may send an invoice for the remaining amount

    Order confirmation includes the details of your order including the order number, order details, shipping and billing address. Order number usually starts with numerical figures.

    You will receive an order confirmation that was sent to your email address registered when you are at checkout. We advise for you to check the final order details especially shipping address.

    No, we currently do not offer any rewards or loyalty programs.

    A gift card is a digital credit note that you can use anywhere on our store. This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase.

     

    Please apply this coupon code at checkout to avail of the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.

    You have nothing to worry about paying import taxes as we always cover them beforehand the parcel will arrive to its destination.

    If you receive an e-mail, a call from a person/association claiming to be from Irish Supply seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking, or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such confidential and personal data.

     

    We at Irish Supply or our courier never ask for such confidential and personal data. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to your local garda station.

    First, please check with your family and neighbors to see if anyone has your package. If you live in an apartment, ask the reception desk if they have your package. Also, check your mailbox in case the package was left there.

    Orders are delivered within 5-12 business days.

    The final delivery of your order is handled by AnPost or Fastway, depending on your location. 

    We prioritise sourcing from Irish suppliers whenever possible; however, if necessary, we may use global suppliers to ensure availability.

    As a policy, our courier partners will always call you before delivery to check your availability. However, in case the order arrives when you are not available, it will be re-dispatched after your confirmation.

     

    Our delivery partner will get in touch with you to reschedule your delivery. A maximum of three attempts will be made to deliver the order to the given shipping address, failing which the order will be sent back to our warehouse.

     

    Our Customer Care Team will then get in touch with you to understand the issue and help find a solution.

    Order and shipping confirmation are automatically sent to the email address you used when ordering.

    If you haven’t received any of this confirmation, we advise for you to check your spam/junk mail.

    Yes, we accept PayPal payments too.

    Refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your account statement (depending on your bank).

    For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal you will receive a refund into the source account by 7 business days from the time of order cancellation.

    All Irish Supply orders will never have any hidden fees! You only pay the price you see on our website. We cover any shipping costs, duties or taxes that may incur.

    In the rare case where additional customs charges are assessed, we may ask you for proof of receipt where you are charged and we will refund you straight away

    Unfortunately, this is not yet offered but we look forward to adding this service sometime later this year.
