Orders
- Please visit our tracking portal by clicking on the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" link under these instructions.
- You will be taken to the tracking portal page, where you will be prompted to enter your order number(without the '#' symbol), and the email address you ordered with.
- Enter your order number and click on the 'Track' button to view the status of your shipment.

We try to send your package as soon as possible, but the delivery time depends on the courier and shipping method you choose at checkout. Please check your order confirmation email to see what shipping method you chose, it will include the estimated shipping timeframe there.

Once the courier has your package, we can't control any delays or problems. We give you an estimated delivery date when you order and on our shipping policy.
In the rare occurance that your package gets lost or damaged in transit, we'll send you out a replacement free of charge.
To ensure that our customers are satisfied, we are now offering a full refund to all Irish Supply customers who have not received their order within 19 business days of it being shipped. Additionally, you will get to keep your order once it arrives!

As we work around the clock to dispatch your ordre as quickly as possible we may not always be able to cancel your order once this has been placed. If this is not possible you will need to return this back to our warehouse once delivered for a refund.

In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery.

If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout.
In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will reach out to you and refund the amount.
Yes, we do have a 24 hour window in which we can still update your order details. Our Customer Care Team will assist you with this, email us at support@irishsupply.ie and provide your order number or email address used at checkout.
Unfortunately, you can’t collect your online order at our location as we only do sell this product online only. Please ensure to contact our Customer Care Team at support@irishsupply.ie and provide your order number to check your order’s tracking update.
In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will be able to send you out a free replacement, hassle free!

Yes, you can. If you want a refund or exchange, you need to send the item(s) back to our warehouse.
You have 14 days from when you get your package to send it back to us. You need to pay for the return shipping yourself, and please email us at support@irishsupply.ie to get the return address.

Yes! Within 12 hours of placing your order, you can contact our customer service and request a cancellation or an exchange of information on your order details. This is to avoid any confusion or error in our records.
At Irish Supply, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@irishsupply.ie
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from us is damaged or defective on arrival, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery. Please send us a picture/video of your damaged order, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
To initiate a return for any other reason, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original invoice and preferably in its original packaging. We accept returns within 14 days from your order's delivery date, but we do not offer free returns at the moment.

All returns are subject to a quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per your order's eligibility. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within seven business days.
Yes, you can exchange any orders bought on www.irishsupply.ie, once your return is received with us. You can exchange for a different size in the same merchandise as returned, or entirely new merchandise of value equal to or higher than the value of returned merchandise.
If it’s a higher value from the total amount of the previous order we may send an invoice for the remaining amount

We accept all debit and credit cards. We also accept different payment methods such as PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa.
If the payment is not going through and was declined, try to call your bank cardholder to resolve your issue.

Order confirmation includes the details of your order including the order number, order details, shipping and billing address. Order number usually starts with numerical figures.

A gift card is a digital credit note that you can use anywhere on our store. This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase.
Please apply this coupon code at checkout to avail of the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.
At Irish Supply, we strive to source our products locally whenever possible. However, there are times when we must look to the global market to meet the demand for certain items.

You have nothing to worry about paying import taxes as we always cover them beforehand the parcel will arrive to its destination.
If you receive an e-mail, a call from a person/association claiming to be from Irish Supply seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking, or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such confidential and personal data.
We at Irish Supply or our courier never ask for such confidential and personal data. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to your local garda station.

We are pleased to confirm that all of our products meet the safety, health, and environmental protection requirements set forth by the European Union. Our products have passed the CE standards and are certified for sale in Ireland.
Shipping
First, please check with your family and neighbors to see if anyone has your package. If you live in an apartment, ask the reception desk if they have your package. Also, check your mailbox in case the package was left there.

The timeframe to process your order is 1-3 days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed, it will typically take 3-5 days for delivery if shipped from our fulfillment center in Ireland.
However, if the product is in high demand or out of stock, it may be fulfilled from our international fulfillment center, which could take around 7-12 working days.
Once shipped, If your order isn't recieved within 14 working days you will be provided the option to get a refund, no questions asked!
As a policy, our courier partners will always call you before delivery to check your availability. However, in case the order arrives when you are not available, it will be re-dispatched after your confirmation.
Our delivery partner will get in touch with you to reschedule your delivery. A maximum of three attempts will be made to deliver the order to the given shipping address, failing which the order will be sent back to our warehouse.
Our Customer Care Team will then get in touch with you to understand the issue and help find a solution.
Order and shipping confirmation are automatically sent to the email address you used when ordering.
If you haven’t received any of this confirmation, we advise for you to check your spam/junk mail.

If code is valid, we will refund the indicated value.
Yes, we accept PayPal payments too.
Refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your account statement (depending on your bank).
If not received after this time frame, we recommend reaching out to us via email at support@irishsupply.ie
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal you will receive a refund into the source account by 7 business days from the time of order cancellation.
Unfortunately, this is not yet offered but we look forward to adding this service sometime later this year.
