If the order has beensent back after 14 days of delivery, then a deduction of half of the price will be applied from the total amount paid.
To be eligible for a return, youritem must be in the same conditionin which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned must bein their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
We do not accept packages returned using cash on delivery service. The return shipping cost must be your expense.Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

WRONG ORDER DELIVERED:
If you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please note that failure to report the error within the specified time frame will result in no replacement or reshipment being offered.
Please be aware that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued within seven business days of our receipt of the returned package. Please note that institutional processing times may need to be taken into account.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to promptly address and correct the issue.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains (including makeup), pet hair, and distinct odors (such as perfume or deodorant) and must have all original product tags attached.
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email (email@example.com). Please note that failure to report the defect within this time frame may result in your not receiving a refund.
RESHIPMENT FOR FAULTY ITEMS:
We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may be faulty, despite our best efforts to ensure its quality. In the event that a customer receives a faulty product, we will gladly offer a free reshipment of the product.
- If you find that your product is faulty after 30 days from the date of delivery, we can offer a free reshipment of the same product to you. However, please note that we cannot offer cash refunds for faulty products beyond the initial 30-day period.
- To be eligible for a free reshipment, you must first notify us of the fault within 30 days of the delivery date. We may request that you provideevidence of the fault, such as photographs or videos.
- If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange for a free reshipment of the same product to be sent to you. The reshipment will be processed as soon as possible, but please note that it may take some time for the replacement product to be delivered.
- Please be aware that if you choose to use the faulty product beyond the initial 30-day period, it may affect your eligibility for a free reshipment. Additionally, we cannot offer a reshipment for faults caused by misuse or accidental damage.

EXCEPTION/NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom-made products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care products such as cosmetics.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return, please do not hesitate to contact us.
To ensure that you receive the correct product as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you have, and once we've accepted the return, we'll process a new order number for the correct product. Please note that the customer will be responsible for a shipping cost of €6.60 to cover the expenses of the exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- Please be aware that if you request a refund without returning the product, we cannot process the refund. If you receive a damaged item, please provide us with a video or photo to request a replacement at no extra cost.
- In the event that an item is delivered but not received due to a mismatched or incomplete shipping address, we cannot offer a full refund as we rely on the information provided at checkout. However, we may be able to provide a replacement with a secure shipping address for a handling/shipping fee of €7.70.
- In the instance where an item has been marked as delivered but the intended recipient has not received it, we regret to inform you that a full cash refund is not possible. However, we extend the option of reshipping the order to an alternative secure address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of €7.70. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid any issues.
- If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to request a return, we can offer a free reshipment or store credit refund.

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
If a customer refuses to accept a package upon delivery, or if a package is deemed "undeliverable" or "refused by the recipient" by the courier, a fee of €35.00 will be charged to the customer.
