Shipping & Delivery Policy
In order to facilitate delivery, some items purchased together may be shipped separately. This means that you may receive your products in multiple packages.
Please ensure that you have entered your address accurately. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
At checkout, you will be given the option to select your preferred shipping method. The free 7-15 business day option indicates that the product is being shipped from an international supplier, and we will cover any fees, duties or custom charges that may arise. The 3-5 business day option is a paid shipping method that is only available for certain products.
While we strive to deliver goods within the timeframe specified, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for deliveries that are delayed beyond this time frame. We rely on third-party shipping companies to deliver our products and cannot be held responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses or other costs that may be incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
On average, orders take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Our Priority Insured Tracked Shipping ensures that your package is prioritized when being processed and is fully insured. Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you in a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, please let us know at support@irishsupply.ie and include your order number.

We offer full refunds on shipping costs for any orders that exceed 45 business days.

However, there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as customs, public/national holidays, natural disasters, transportation delays or strikes, which may cause further delays.
