      - Check with other members of your household and immediate neighbors to see if anyone may have put your package aside for safekeeping
      - If you live in an apartment complex, please get in touch with your reception to see if they hold your package there. Some packages won't fit in your mailbox, so couriers will often leave boxes at a manager's office for safekeeping.
      - Check your mailbox- sometimes packages will fit in the box and are left there instead of delivering to the door.

      HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

      If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) purchased please send these back to our warehouse for a refund or exchange. Refunds are offered on all priced items and store credit is offered on an e-gift card for sale items.

      Your return needs to arrive back at our warehouse within 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered. It is your responsibility to send the item(s) back to the return address on the package.

      WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

      Shipping is mainly dependent to the courier service handling your item and the shipping method that has been selected at checkout. In regards to delay of shipment, our team is no longer liable as the shipping is already handled by the express company.

      Our times given from the courier are estimated delivery dates, as stated in your order confirmation and our shipping policy.

      In the tiny chance of any lost packages, they will be refunded/replaced with no hassle at all!
